Cut off time setting for bookings#88

Mentors want to be able to choose a cut off time for bookings for any given session. The cut off time should be different for sessions that have bookings and those that do not to allow for staff allocation.

I hope you all saw our recent announcement but I’m delighted to confirm that you can now set booking cut off times - either to allow walk ins after the session starts or to prevent late bookings. The choice is yours!
