Mentors want to be able to offer an automatic fixed price or % discount for Siblings.

This discount system should be automatic so that bookers don’t have to self select the correct ticket type.

The Workflow should be flexible so that it can be used for scenarios such as Bring a Friend for adult courses where the discount is applied to both attendees.
