Change group sizes by session or block (not just listing)#53

I don’t think this is possible, but…

See image. The third block in this listing, circled. I would like to reduce the group size by one. So, to 11. Only for that 1400-1600 block. The object of this is to offer a reduced price ticket to someone. (If I could do that, this wouldn’t be necessary - I don’t think i can?)

If this is not possible, I’ll let it run with a size of 12, and if it books out then this individual can use the big screen at the front. That also works well, as they become the ‘demonstrator’.

Not possible but you could send a bespoke invoice with discount (and allocate to this existing block) and we will count that learner in the total number.

It wants me to select a booker, first off. Does this person need to have already booked (and…paid?) before I can send a bespoke invoice?
