Stop Register Takers profile from appearing on the Public Listing Page#264

Some Mentors want to provide Register taker permissions, but they do not wish to display the profile image and biography of the staff member.
User would like a setting to prevent this Register Taker from appearing.
Eequ should explain clearly that staff should never share an account for data security reasons. Each staff member should have their own account so that they can be removed from their individual permissions if they leave the organisation.
