Mentors should be able to track bookers who have not attended sessions across a delivery period, and organisations should be able to see bookers who have been marked as no-shows for more than two sessions across all mentors.
When completing the registers, mentors will be able to mark whether a booker made contact or was a no-show. #
For example:
Booker A has made three bookings with Mentor B and only attended one. Mentor B will be able to see that they have no-showed for two bookings. and bel able to contact the booker and follow their no show policys
Booker A has also booked two sessions with Mentor C but was marked as a no-show for one.
The organisation will be able to see that Booker A was marked as a no-show for three sessions overall. Mentors will be able to contact the booker.
There should also be the ability to set automatic messages after two no-shows, with consequences that the organisation can define (e.g. remaining bookings cancelled after the third no-show, blocked from booking further sessions, or required to pay a refudnable deposit for further bookings).
