We use EEQU for selling adult and children entry as part of HAF- they have to come together.
When you get down to the last remaining tickets available eg 2 tickets left it shows as thougth 2 adults AND 2 children available ( you would think 4 tickets!) but it is only 2 left in total. Even worse when there is only 1 ticket left but the customer thinks there is 1 adult and 1 child available and emails us why they can’t add the second ticket. We get this every day so such a pain.
Can you remove the adult/ child ticket availability and just add a line tickets left? This would look more professional and save admin a lot of time as well as reduce frustration from the customer.
