Archive past messages#223

Would it be possible to archive messages or sort them by status? Post-club, it is unlikely we’ll need individual messages from a previous club. This doesn’t stop names from reappearing when asking about a new club, but means we can ‘hide’ those that aren’t relevant to present bookings.
