Block someone from booking#218

To be able to cancel peoples bookings once there booking has been made to be able to prevent them from coming in the future if they have broken policys

Hi there, it is currently possible to cancel any future bookings however we do not anticipate introducing a functionality to block people from booking. This is because it would be relatively easy for someone to book with another email address.
