
In the event of a no-show, mentors should be able to cancel the no show booking and send a notification to all those on the waitlist that there is a last minute space available.
Waitlist families should then have the option to book the available space(s)
This could be time limited set by the mentors.
E.G. session starts at 9.30am
No show family given until 10am
booking cancelled at 10am
notification sent to waitlist
Booking open until full or 11am, whichever is earliest.


This is a cool flow. We have been discussing this internally and we think we can develop a feature to allow Mentors to accept bookings after the session has started (if there is availability). You can already cancel after the session has started but the booker cannot book, currently.

Thanks, one of our biggest challenges is filling spaces due to last minute cancellations or no shows. We can’t access the waitlist for the day once the session has started either so we lose all the contact info for that day. Unless I have missed it, can we please keep waiting list info available after the session start too?

We can certainly change this so that the waiting list remains until the end of the day. I’ll raise a ticket for this.
