Adding formatted text to highlight there's something in the notes section#196

When taking the register, there’s nothing to alert staff easily that there’s something of importance written in the notes. Please consider formatting the ‘notes’ text in red or bold so staff don’t have to click on each entry. Important info could well be missed. Particualrly on mobile view. Thank you!
