Please improve the messaging section and flag unread messages at the top#163

The messaging section is not at all easy to manage. Messages seem to be in a completely random order, with new messages often hidden amongst old messages. Even with the systems messages off, it is really easy to miss new messages. If there is a way to filter or sort messages so new messages are at the top, please make this more obvious.

The messages feature has now been revamped and you can mark messages read and unread, like a task list.
