Worksflows and Booking Confirmation Message#124

Hi Eequ Team!

I thought it would be beneficial to integrate the booking confirmation message into workflows as often the message will be indentical from camp to camp and it would be much easier to apply through workflows. It also allows for saved draft messages (if it would function like questions or discounts) and allow for more efficient use of the system (you would not need to go into settings individually for each programme)

Another great suggestion!
